Melbourne By-Election this Saturday!

The Melbourne by-election is this Saturday July 21st.

Introducing Green's candidate Cathy Oke:

I'm Cathy and I am passionate about our city.

I was born in North Melbourne and still live here. As a scientist, environmental educator and Melbourne City Councillor I have worked hard to keep Melbourne liveable and affordable. Now I am ready to be your progressive and independent voice in the middle of Parliament.

The old parties aren’t tackling the big issues. My vision for Melbourne will transform transport, give the community a say on development and invest in key public services like health, education and childcare.

I believe our city can lead the world in creating a clean, sustainable and innovative community for the 21st century. That is why I am asking for your vote on July 21.

Together we can make a difference.
