The Macedon Ranges branch covers the Local Government Area of the Macedon Ranges Shire Council.
The branches members come from the localities of Baynton, Carlsruhe, Gisborne (including New Gisborn), Kyneton, Lancefield, Malmsbury, Macedon, Mt Macedon, Romsey, Ridells Creek, Tyiden and Woodend.
