Victorians rely heavily on volunteers to help us in times of need and in turn, we need to ensure that our volunteer emergency services like CFA and SES are never underresourced.
We need highly skilled and equipped staff and a coordinated approach to emergency management in Victoria. We need better working conditions for the professionals in the front line of disaster.
Because when the catastrophic happens, or even those little scares, you want to know there will be a quick and highly trained response.
